Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Valdosta

The last few times I have went here has been horrible service, the last time I went girl messed up my hair I had to go home and fix it myself, I go in again and wait for 10 minutes and my name on the board says on deck, so 2 stylist go to the computer and change the time and goes back up to 10 minutes we’ll i waited another 20 minutes and they never returned, I had to just leave to go back to work, overall waited 30 minutes and they never came back from break I guess! Oh and a new girl showed up and took someone who checked in online before me who was on deck when I got there but he walked in and sat down and within 2 minutes he was called! Just horrible service! Management needs to step in and fix things there

I disagree with how the online check-in service runs. If someone checks in online and doesnt show up for an hour, they immediately go in front of someone thats been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. There should be a time limit on the moment you check in online till you get to the store. If you arent there in that time limit then you get removed or go to the bottom of the list.
